Daystar was formed in early 1998 when two accomplished chefs, Russell Cobb and
John Fernandez, combined their talents in an effort to create brilliant desserts
of the utmost quality accompanied with outstanding service to the customer.
Our goal is to achieve the highest level of creativity while maintaining superior
flavor and spectacular presention. Our sumptuous desserts are made by the hands
of highly skilled pastry chefs using premium quality ingredients and classical
European pastry techniques.
